this was my second time here and i was so happy with the updated rooms the beds felt amazing plus i was in a room that included a terrace it was such a nice bonus. breakfast was great with attentive service it was just perfect. i will definitely come back next year.
the sink stopper got stuck and the solution was just to pull it out it would have been better if it had been fixed.

the hotel provides a covered outdoor lobby space with comfortable wicker sofas and chairs for relaxation other guests and i enjoyed this space in the mornings and evenings it was lovely.

the location is excellent it allows easy walks to zattere and accademia ferry stops plus the grand canal the hotel sits near many lovely restaurants at the waterfront easily reached by walking.

the breakfast included a lot of choices and tasted delicious the buffet had fresh baked continental items the breakfast room was busy but well-managed by staff to ensure that all guests were accomodated.

The location was AMAZING! The water bus stops were a short walk away, made traveling around SO convenient. The room itself was modern and clean. I really appreciated the comfy beds after a long day (needed that!).
I noticed the Internet connection was a bit slow sometimes.

the room felt quite cramped there was minimal space for luggage i found it difficult to move around comfortably the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space making it hard to organize toiletries properly the breakfast area was often overcrowded causing delays in getting food it impacted my overall experience negatively

The location was very nice (near the academia bridge). the breakfast offered great variety. the rooms were modern. A cleaning lady came daily.
the hotel room was small for a family. we were bitten by mosquitos each night (despite the windows being closed). the air conditioning was not strong enough.
